As Executive Vice President and Chief Customer Officer at Hostess Brands, Arist led the “Supercharge Strategy,” driving alignment, talent development, and enterprise capability building. His cost-saving initiatives unlocked nearly $400 million for strategic investments in growth and innovation. He also established operating systems that improved execution, strengthened customer relationships, and developed multi-year strategic plans, helping position Hostess as one of North America’s fastest-growing snacking companies6.

Previously, as President of North American Consumer Tissue at Kimberly-Clark, Arist managed a $3.5 billion P&L and led 2,800 employees across six manufacturing sites and multiple brands. Under his leadership, the division exceeded sales and profit targets during the COVID-19 pandemic, driven by a strong strategic foundation, a high-performance culture, and seamless alignment between commercial and operational teams.
