Dr. Mary McNevin has 20+ years of experience as a talent and learning leader in various industries. As a talent leader and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) Credentialed coach, Mary takes a straightforward, assessment-based approach to grow and develop executives and leaders using personalized programming to produce lasting results.  

Dr. McNevin has served as an award-winning Chief Learning Officer for a large healthcare system and as the Global Vice-President of Talent and Organization Development at an international food company. She draws on her extensive experience as a trusted business advisor to leaders in her coaching.  She has held a variety of leadership, operations, and human resource roles.

 

Mary McNevin earned her doctorate from the Wharton School of Business and Graduate School of Education at the University of Pennsylvania. She holds an MS in Education from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin.

In addition to her executive coaching, Mary serves as a Course Facilitator for Cornell University. She facilitates online learning to professionals globally for the eCornell  HR certifications.

Mary serves on the Advisory Board of the Center  for Exceptional Leadership at St. Norbert’s College. She  has served on the board for Association for Talent  Development, serving over 100 US chapters and 120  countries. Mary is a member of Harvard’s Institute  of Coaching and the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
